School's profile

Mary mount secondary school,popularly known as M.M, is located in molo,molo sub-county,Nakuru county. It was started in the year 1969 with 40 students as an offshoot of Mt. st.Mary's Girls' Primary school. It was started by Missionary sisters of Africa who cared about girl childin kenya ''The little sisters of St. Francis" took over in the year 1993. It is a Public Boarding Extra County school affiliated to the catholic church- under the guidance of The Catholic Diocese of Nakuru(CDN). It started as a single stream upto 1997 when the first double stream intake was done,By then Mary mount had earned her place amongst the top perfoming schools in kenya. In line with the growing demand  the school rose from single stream to currently four stream.
